I love this guy.

I think that only Jerry could say so much with so little as Mark does. If you haven't heard Kill to get Crimson, or Shangri La, do. There's a great blog with some amazing live stuff at:

I think that the cz designation is the Czech republic. Anyway, his site is slower than my ex girlfriend, but sometimes when you get there, the wait proves to have been worth it...

so funny you mention him because I thought of him yesterday when my local radio station played a song he did with Ememmylou Harris years ago. That led me to google him and it brought me to his tour with Clapton in the late 80's. I agree he is a genius. I always loved his work on the Local hero soundtrack.

Stagger

I love him as well, particularly Sailing To Philadelphia his solo album from 2000. His tone is as unique as Jerry`s and his touch is just as subtle. I first saw him with Dire Straits in 1985 and many, many times since.

One of the greatest players of his era.
